Public Benefit - Guidance at Hand

Following the publication in January of the Charity Commission’s general guidance on public benefit the Commission has now issued draft supplementary guidance for public consultation. These drafts include details relevant to charities that are involved with education, religion, prevention or relief of poverty and those which are fee-charging.

The drafts are subject to a consultation period will run for approximately four months and it is intended that final versions of such guidance will be published at the end of the year.
