Civil Partnerships
The new law of civil partnerships rights for same sex partners almost replicates the law surrounding marriage. If you are in a civil partnership and the relationship has ended, we can apply to the court for a separation order or dissolution order, provided certain conditions are met. The courts can also make orders with regard to financial assets including property and children issues including residence, contact order and financial provision.Contact
